Shriram Properties trades higher on reporting marginal rise in sales booking in Q3FY22

Shriram Properties is currently trading at Rs. 106.00, up by 2.55 points or 2.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 103.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 106.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 108.85 and Rs. 101.05 respectively. So far 300863 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 110.00 on 18-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 79.55 on 27-Dec-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.00 and Rs. 87.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1786.99 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.57% and 54.46% respectively.

Shriram Properties has reported a marginal increase in its sales booking to Rs 415 crore during the quarter ended December (Q3FY22). The company’s sales bookings had stood at Rs 410 crore in the year-ago period.

During the first nine months of this fiscal, the total sales bookings crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark, reflecting a growth of 60 per cent year-on-year. The company achieved aggregate collections of Rs 900 crore during the April-December period of this fiscal, up 57 per cent y-o-y. Total collections for the December 2021 quarter was around Rs 337 crore in Q3, up 21 per cent y-o-y.
