RITES trades higher on the BSE

Rites is currently trading at Rs. 275.95, up by 2.65 points or 0.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 273.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 276.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 280.20 and Rs. 274.45 respectively. So far 2464 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 318.00 on 25-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 232.40 on 19-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 280.20 and Rs. 267.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6633.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.64% and 10.16% respectively.

RITES has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) to explore opportunities for cooperation in the infrastructure sector.

Under this agreement, RITES and CSIR-CRRI will collaborate for technical services, including consultancy assignments, knowledge sharing, and research & development etc. The partnership foresees the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that will drive the sector forward and can deliver significant value to associated stakeholders.
