NHPC is currently trading at Rs. 31.75, up by 0.30 points or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 31.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 31.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 32.10 and Rs. 31.20 respectively. So far 306472 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 37.00 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22.90 on 28-Jan-2021.

NHPC has signed Memorandum of Understanding with NIT Durgapur. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for availing the services of NIT Durgapur for undertaking R&D activities in the field of Science, Engineering and Technology has been signed.
NHPC is engaged in electric power generation by hydroelectric power plants. The company is also engaged in contracts, project management and consultancy works.
