Gati posts Q3 net loss of Rs 22.67 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 22.67 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 3.45 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.40 per cent at Rs 80.49 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 115.64 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.43 per cent to Rs 79.29 crore from Rs 119.11 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 33.54 per cent at Rs 2.18 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 3.28 crore). Operating Profit surged by 134.58 per cent to Rs 1.20 crore as against Rs -3.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 149.67 per cent in December quarter. Interest declined by 68.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 1695.45 per cent at Rs 10.53 crore (Dec'19 Rs -0.66 crore).
