Bedmutha Industries posts Q3 net loss of Rs 18.82 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 18.82 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 19.21 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.53 per cent at Rs 110.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 83.78 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.92 per cent to Rs 111.39 crore from Rs 85.08 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 32.86 per cent at Rs 8.49 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 6.39 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 9.16 per cent to Rs -1.19 crore as against Rs -1.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.77 per cent in December quarter. Interest grew by 0.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore (Dec'19 Rs 0.00 crore).
