Bajaj Finance trades in green on getting nod to raise funds

Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 7602.85, up by 32.55 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 7570.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 7615.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7655.70 and Rs. 7565.00 respectively. So far 23941 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8043.50 on 19-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4361.60 on 19-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 8043.50 and Rs. 7476.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 456939.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.03%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.96% and 11.01% respectively.

Bajaj Finance has received approval from board of directors for raising of funds by way of debt issue/issue of non-convertible securities as a part of the proposed increase in overall borrowing limit, from Rs 160,000 crore to Rs 225,000 crore. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 18, 2022 has approved the same.
