Ashok Leyland is currently trading at Rs. 118.20, up by 0.70 points or 0.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 117.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 118.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 118.55 and Rs. 117.60 respectively. So far 52350 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 143.25 on 03-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 64.20 on 09-Sep-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 121.55 and Rs. 114.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 34492.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.54%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.27% and 13.20% respectively.

Ashok Leyland has launched AVTR 4825 Tipper truck with 'dual tyre lift axle' and heavy-duty bogie suspension. Launched on the latest AVTR modular platform with 29-cubic metre load body, the new tipper truck is powered by the company's iGen6 technology 186-Kw engine.

It comes bundled with digital solutions like i-Alert (advanced telematics), remote diagnostics, supported by 24×7 customer assistance Uptime Solution Centre. The all-new bogie suspension adds an integral layer of strength and reliability, which is crucial to the tough operating environment of tippers.
