Taurus Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended dynamic equity scheme named ‘Taurus Global Opportunities Fund’. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10. Entry load will be nil and Exit load will be 1 % if exited on or before 365 days, from the date of allotment; and it will be Nil if exited after 365 days, from the date of allotment. This Scheme provides growth and dividend options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by MSCI ACWI TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital growth from an actively managed portfolio that consists primarily of global equity and Equity Related Securities.
