PGIM India Asset Management Company (AMC) has informed that, Vinay Paharia has been appointed as the Chief Investment Officer of PGIM India Asset Management with effect from January 27, 2023. Consequently, following details of Vinay Paharia shall be added under ‘Information on Key Personnel of the Asset Management Company’ under sub-section ‘D. ‘The Asset Management Company (AMC)’ under section ‘I. INFORMATION ABOUT SPONSOR, AMC AND TRUSTEE COMPANIES’, in the SAI of the PGIM India Mutual Fund.
Brief details of Vinay Paharia are as follows: Vinay Paharia is 43 years old, studied M.M.S and B.com. He is Chief Investment Officer in PGIM India Asset Management from January 27, 2023 onwards. He worked as Chief Investment Officer in Union Asset Management Company from April 2018 to January 2023 and Fund Manager in Invesco Asset Management Company from January 2007 to March 2018. Vinay Paharia has collectively over 20 years of experience in Indian financial markets, primarily in equity research & Fund Management.
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
