ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of select schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund), as applicable.
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) currently offers Capital Appreciation STP (‘the feature’) where the daily appreciation in Net Asset Value (NAV), if any, from the growth option of the source schemes will be switched to the growth option of the target schemes. Under this facility, the AMC provides Daily Capital Appreciation STP facility to its investors; i.e. any increase in value of the source scheme is transferred to the target scheme on a daily basis. This feature is available in select schemes of ICICI Prudential MF. In addition to Daily Capital Appreciation STP, Weekly and Monthly Capital Appreciation STP frequencies are introduced with effect from September 19, 2022.
All the other provisions of the SID/KIM/addenda of the Scheme except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM/addenda of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
