Mumbai: Kalpataru has launched Kalpataru Vivant, a luxury residential project on Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), Mumbai.

The project is spread over 6.2 acres and will be developed in phases. The first phase will comprise 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK residences and is expected to be ready for possession by the end of 2026. Nearly 1000 residences will be available for sale in the entire development, with 274 residences in the first phase alone.

Kalpataru Vivant offers multiple amenities including mini theatre, indoor games, business centre, net cricket pitch, barbeque area, kids pool, pool deck, multipurpose play court, landscape garden, gymnasium, multipurpose hall and party hall.

Located at the intersection of upcoming metro lines 6 and 7, and close to Metro Line 3, the project will offer easy access to office spaces in the SEEPZ-Powai and the Andheri- BKC belts enabling seamless commute to work.

Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR) is a hub for business and commercial centres, industrial parks, schools, hospitals and entertainment centres. JVLR is also fast emerging as one of Mumbai’s promising residential neighbourhoods amidst Mumbai’s multi-modal east-west suburban connectivity initiative. Further, the operationalizing of metro line 7, the planned metro line 6 and the ongoing upgradation of JVLR’s infrastructure, is expected to significantly boost residential demand in the area.
