Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd board announced that the Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company Mr. Deepak Maheshwari resigns w.e.f close of business hours on 5 th May, 2021. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Deepak Maheshwari has decided to move back to Mumbai, as there was no opportunity within the Group for his experience in Mumbai. He decided to pursue career interests outside of Adani Group.
This can be a negative news for the company and even stock may react negatively tomorrow.
