Below is quote on Which stock should investors buy this GANESH CHATURTHI? by Mr. Yash Gupta, Equity Research Associate, Angel Broking Ltd

Since last year’s Ganesh Chaturthi stock markets have given very good returns to investors. Midcaps and Smallcaps have outperformed the border market, we suggest investors do not expect the same amount of returns that they would have got this year. We are suggesting these two stocks this Ganesh Chaturthi to investors to buy and hold till next Ganesh Chaturthi for good returns.

1.Metropolis Healthcare Ltd – Target ₹3400

Metropolis is a leading Pathology centre in India. The Company has an asset light model with a strong balance sheet. Company is focusing on increase the number of collection centers to 4355 and labs to 215 in the next 3 years from current 2555 collection center and 125 labs. We are positive on the long term prospects of the company given expected long term growth rates of ~15% CAGR, stable margins profile and moderating competitive intensity.

2. Mahanagar Gas Limited – Target ₹1400

In Q1FY22 Volume stood at 2.39 MMSCMD, which is better than expected volumes and Q2FY22 volumes are expected to reach pre Covid levels. Customer addition in FY21 was weak due to covid related issues. MGL has added 40 Industrial/Commercial customers, 0.3 lakhs home connections and 5 new stations in the MMR region in Q1FY22. We expect FY2022 to be a strong year for the company on customer addition. MGL has reported one of the best gross and EBITDA margins in Q1FY2022 and in July month company has already taken a price hike due to an increase in international gas prices. MGL is expected to maintain its margins in the coming quarters.
