Sunteck Realty Limited reported pre-sales of ₹352 crores up by 29% in Q3FY2022 as compared to ₹272 crores in Q2FY2022 along with this company reported improvement in collections also, collections are up by 30% at ₹270 crores in Q3FY22.
Company has reported good pre sales numbers for the quarter and the company is having a good launch pipeline for the next couple of years. We believe that the new launch will keep the pre-sales momentum in upcoming years. Overall in this quarter the majority of real-estate companies have reported good pre-sales numbers on the back of better festival demand and decrease in home interest rate. We expect this momentum to continue in coming quarters.
