A layer of smog blankets the national capital on November 08. Air quality of Delhi took major hit due to a combination of stubble burning and firecracker emissions. According to Air Quality Index (AQI), major pollutants in Delhi’s Lodhi Road area were PM 2.5 at 241 and PM 10 at 238. To curb air pollution, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi has announced implementation of odd-even scheme from Nov 04-15.
